Michael,if this will be spinn-off with strong tights between NN and let say "3dsl" yes, but simple sell off would be very difficult b/c 350 access platform and i-Magic management system (3dsl) needs 40620 manager which is also part of 36170 and 670 (50/450) platform..

I would agree but a sell-off is a lot different than a spin-off.
