Fedora Industries grants stock options Fedora Industries Inc FED Shares issued 1,139,087 2000-01-24 close $0.66 Tuesday Jan 25 2000 Mr. David Houston reports Fedora Industries has granted 100,000 incentive stock options to a director of the company. The options are for a period of five years commencing Jan. 25, 2000, at 59 cents per share, being the average closing price of the company's shares on the Canadian Venture Exchange over the past 10 trading days.
