Richard, talk about sacrificing everything for the stock market; the oil market is a preview. What we are seeing is the result of selling down paper barrels, selling from the strategic petroleum reserve in the 90's, jawboning down the market 1998 etc. (just three months ago in September the IEA was asking: "where's the drawdown")? The result is that capital allocation in America is totally distorted and we can no longer weather a snow storm without panicking spot energy markets.
