Michael,if NN will take public some of its business it will be after
series of significant deals so investment world would know what they are dealing with.
Such movement would not only give shares of new company to current NN
sherholders, but also would allow NN to issue few extra shares of new company to rise some needed cash for vendor financing.

Michael,

None of the quotes attributed to Newbridge sources mentioned
anything about a spin-off.

At this point in the game, those quotes would seem to me to be poorly chosen words at best. At worst, NN mgmt just reloaded the gun because they still have a couple of toes left.
