That is when someone or a group of people are selling concertedly into what might be a promo. Promoters know exactly what I am talking about. A bid of 10,000 will get hit to the tune of 9500 leaving 500 on bid. The same seller might go bid 500 shares higher, wait for accumulation of bids at same then whack it again..."whoring the stock".

Are you still watching it? It continually gets offered at a lower price (1 23/32)than it just traded at (1.75). That means that the sellers can't get out of each other's way>>>GREED!
