They wouldn't...that was my point. This is a pump IMO to make retail investors think that it is worth $0.50.

So, lets see here, you "admonish me" for being to "optimistic"...so it is your turn.

"Don't be so pessimistic fuddle'!! RKR went to Europe with a proposal to get $1.2mm in funding at .50c and it has been more than 50% completed at this price.

So why would you be suspect of a second .50c PP??? The only reason you could be suspect is that you don't like the stock, in which case if you do not "what the heck are you doing here"?

So why would a "non-retail investor" agree to buy in at a 25% premium.......maybe for "preferential treatment later".>>

They wouldn't...that was my point.
actually I can give you a long list of "non-retail" that have bought into stocks before the drill period commenced...ARP is just the start of the list starting at "A"
