to all: vitamins.com came through, albeit a couple weeks late. apparently, their database crashed... and it took some time get the data. in any case, they sent the merchandise and issued a credit for those items that had been discontinued. they also graciously sent me $15 off cdnow.com. don't tell 'em, but i think they just took the code from dealofday.com ;-) just kidding. i found a list of telephone numbers on one of the sites so i was able to call vitamins.com for the scoop. i'll try and find it later.
