I've got a buy offer in place as well.
And, I've added some today.

As I see it, this bought deal just gave them another $40 million for an acquisition.

I expect there's one in the works.

Don't put in too many orders..its at 10.85 now, tomorrow people will be pissed and will likely push it lower, unless Pearls friendly brokerages come to the rescue. looks like he fixed the "staff" with cheap options...nicely timed NR....still within the 20 days pricing for his options!
