Ragingdave, SEC doesn't work that way....

It sends comments requesting additional information and usually the Company under scrutiny files an amended 10SB or supplies more filings... Several Forms 3 and 4 have been filed but NO amended 10SB... The Company should state whether it's in compliance with SEC requirements, which usually occurs automatically within 60 days of the date of the last comment from SEC... Alternatively, the Company can request accelerated processing to shorten the 60 days delay...

According to the status of NBMX, it will receive an "E" on 28 January, thereby indicating that it's still NOT COMPLIANT with SEC requirements... Even if it filed the necessary paperwork NOW, there may not be enough time to have it processed before the date to go PINK...

If some of the uneducated Morons on this thread still don't understand that there is a very REAL PROBLEM, they should get a SEC Attorney to drill it into their Thick Skulls...

Auric, I have a copy of the judges order. It does not prevent me from posting. P.M. me with a fax number and I will send you a copy. It is actually a victory for free speech.
