Lizzie, We're getting off the subject of Mark Hoffman. but... "which is one reason nobody runs their erp on sybase" Do you really mean to say 'nobody"? I hope not because you'd be very, very wrong. There are a lot of Peoplesoft, Baan and Seibel large installations runing on Sybase ASE. I think you are assuming that SAP is the only ERP out there. Hey, there's a Hoffman issue. He's the one who told SAP to change their code because Sybase would never use RLL and that SAP was poorly written. Another good move of Mark's.
