Your estimates of ISLD value may be understated. correct me if the detailed earnings showed otherwise, but isld earnings did not include significant figures from sandpiper as merger was just completed in late december. here is original message from company to that effect:

Yes we will be including Sandpiper's earnings on this report. However, the
report will only include 3 days of Sandpiper information. The deal didn't
close until 12/28/99 and the quarter ended on 12/31/99. Not much impact.
Since Sandpiper was a private company until that point, no other
information will be publicly available.

Need to correct a typo in the earlier post. My estimate for the current years revenues is $80-100M. The 2002 revenue stream then would be approximately 15x the current year. The 2005 stream would be about 100x (not 1000x) the current year. Sorry about that.
