Millstream options claim north of Potter property

Millstream Mines Ltd MLSM
Shares issued 29,608,043 Jan 24 close $0.18
Tue 25 Jan 2000 News Release
Mr. Ernest Harrison
Millstream has recently concluded an option to earn a 100-per-cent working
interest in a block of three unpatented claim units in Munro township,
Matheson area, Ontario. The claim units, each of which is 40 acres, are
located north of Millstream's Potter property and abut the claim on which
the (past producer) Potterdoal mine's shaft exists.
Millstream can earn its interest by making cash payments of $30,000,
issuing 100,000 treasury shares and carrying out exploration work of at
least $195,000 over a three-year period. The transactions are subject to
regularly approval.
The claim units are not contiguous to Millstream's Potter property and
appear to be situated on the northern limb of the regional syncline verses
the Potter being on the southern limb.

Was told by MLSM that the purchase of the land claims was written into the deal with HDG. HDG were suppose to purchase these claims according to MLSM's agreement with HDG. Seeing that HDG is no longer in this play, MLSM have now taken these claims over. MLSM said that this is a good deal because of the research that was already done on these properties by Dave Gumble. MLSM INSIST that their main concern and focus has been and still will be the Potter property, they just didn't want anyone else getting a hold of these land claims. There should be some more news out soon explaining these two land claims.
