As you know, Intel purchased DEC's facilities in Hudson Mass. The campus includes engineering offices as well as a large fab currently running the older DEC process in support of ALPHA, StrongArm products, PCI-PCI bridges and possibly a few other odds and ends. Intel announced a short time ago they will be converting the fab to Intel's .18u process and expanding to add the additional, currently unused fab space. There is a HUGE amount of new capacity coming on line.
