Hi Steve, Issues affecting options data: Poor feed in the AM/missing quotes/ spotty CBOE data -- This is being addressed with an upgrade of our feed from Comstock to 256k from 128k. Target date: by the end of February. We are looking at alternatives covering the short term (between now and the upgrade), so this may clear up faster, however only the upgrade is in progress at this time. There is a bug affecting the naming of options in an option chain. Manually typing the symbol returns the correct quote but an option chain shows the wrong symbol. This is being addressed on the programming side and is close to resolution but I have no official ETA. My best guess is 2 weeks. Other pressing issues affecting options as well as all other issues on our servers include server capacity and a third server farm for added redundancy -- expected by end of Feb. ~Paul
