I read the list of IDC's patents in the CDMA area and they seem quite extensive and they are collecting royalties as we speak from their CDMA work. Didn't IDC sue QCOM and not the other way around? Also I need some clarification. By "Greenmail business" business do you mean they develop new ideas, patents and licenses these ideas, and then actively sues anyone who doesn't respect their claims? This is a new term for me - or at least I have never had anyone explain it for me.
