just found this...i do not know if they use SiC...will try to find out.

January edition of Armed Forces Journal Int'l
has a two page spread by Singapore Technology
Engineering. To highlight their technological expertise, they use a comparison with Blue LED.
2nd page is a full page spread of a blue LED.

Lead in to the Singapore Technologies Engineering two page spread reads:

"When it comes to bright ideas, one recent engineering breakthrough shines out.The blue LED, 100% brighter and 75% more energy efficient than the ordinary Edison lightbulb, has been achieved after eluding engineers for more than 40 years."

CREE +12 7/8

I hear you Mike. Believe me I bought QCOM knowing that my returns (most likely) will not equal my tornado stocks. Tornados are were the really big revenue jumps are (My opinion). QCOM's revenue growth is slowing - quarter to quarter has been +8%, +6% and now +4%. But this gorilla is my bet to win the next revolution coming in wireless. That is why I invested. I just consider myself a bit early - but with pretty nice returns while I'm waiting :-)

Tomorrow will be rough on QCOM but the rest of my tornado holdings will hold her up. Assuming the market cooperates of course!
