Hi Susie (aka "Jenny") When did you place your order ? I placed mine near the open and got filled in about 10 minutes. The bid and ask may have been "locked" (i.e. the same) a few times, but I'm sure a trading log will show that trades were occurring for .25 all the way up until 11:30am. Schwab has a rule that says that if you can prove you order was at or above the ask for 20 minutes, they fill your order. Maybe DLJ has the same policy. Hope that helps. Regards, Chris
