Then I vote for "no rate increase" with a "neutral" stance on the future of the economy. There is no real inflation, there is no reason to raise rates. >>>>

i agree with you 1000% on that statement but you know as well as i do green man will raise rates...lets just hope it's not a 1/4 with concerns going forward......or lookout below
