You can't expect investors to have patience with a stock that had a parabolic rise in 1999. This has to be perceived as a disappointment and the stock is likely to be down substantially during the 1st Q of 1999. As for the rest fo the year, who knows. I own the Q and won't sell out here. But, I am disappointed.

One potential benefit of Qualcomm's less than spectacular earnings is that maybe now the "fleas" will leave the horse and find themselves a new playground.
