Agree, AMD needed this. One of the things holding AMD back is the street perception of poor management. This guy could bring badly needed credibility.

I dunno, how long do you think this new guy will last, given Jerry's oh-so-cozy relationship in the past with Vinod Dham and Atiq Raza? As Jimmy Mac puts it, "Another lamb to the slaughter," maybe?
