David, help me out...for some reason I don't understand that statement. Generally, T-Bills require 10% margin. Not sure I understand where the 50-60% margin generation comes from. Maybe you mean to use 50% of the remaining 90% of the T-Bill as collateral (margin). If that's the case, than that would be a nice conservative approach (you could sleep at night)<ggg>
