Well, you probably know that they issued a PR in October saying that they would meet the requirements by November 15th and they missed that by more than 2 months. Last I heard, they were ironing out the last details. I believe that the price is overinflated right now with no news and the E coming on Friday. Even if they filed today, which they didn't, it should take more than 30 days to be reviewed. I sold during the run-up because of the 'E' and will hope to get back in somewhere. NVID is a good company, they just haven't reported yet. Long Term over $1.00, short term with E and Pinks .10 (IMO)

Hello Cindy, Long time, no post !! (for me) You are missing all the fun on the RB board. So many posters have been accused of being "you". Another poster and I have had a few questions for NVID-INFORMANT. Never seems to reply to our questions. His website is very professional and when you look around, you would swear it is directly from NVID. I believe that NVID_INFORMANT is Kerry....... BBNS was posting into December, then disappeared and NVID_INFORMANT took over. This is my own personal opinion. His posts, IMHO, can surely be considered hype.. He can deny all he wants. The manner in which he writes and posts are identical to Kerry, IMHO Although they deny it, most posters are relying on what HE says..... constantly asking his opinion. Interesting few months with this stock huh? They sure dropped the ball by not meeting the deadline for filing. OT** Hope all is well with you and your young'uns. Get snowed in yet? Really, when we were young(er) in WAAAAAAY upstate NY, we thought it was really cool to get snowed in. Loved it. And I truly miss the snow. Well, if nothing else, you are certainly well known around RB. I love it!!!!!!! Take care, Norma
