Gee, by the time the settle the lawsuits FMKT will be $400. Hard to make a point that investors "who held" lost so much money. FMKT's even holding up lately to CMRC. So much for those who switched from FMKT at @200 to CMRC at @200. Better to hold both IMO.

it's held up well for a "dead" stock in a bloodbath market (still up 100 points/~60% from when i suggested it was a strong buy a week ago) . if i was still short, i'd be considering how to minimize the damage. and i still think (hear, actually) that it goes a lot higher from here.
