That "institutional" stuff is total, ridiculous, offensive BS. I'm steamed on your behalf. Someone should ream out that rep's sorry ass for suggesting that a published bid or offer on the BB might not be available to all comers equally. Another possible explanation, though: Was there only one MM bidding $5.75 or higher during that period? If so, it is possible, in this bizarre market, that that one MM was not even answering the phone (or maybe the trader at HRZG was not trying diligently enough to reach him, given that this was a small order). Message 12672318 But that's no excuse for that rep simply making up stupid nonsense. They should eat that trade just on principle.

So JD, it would be safe to assume at this point that you are disenchanted with myTrack/Trade Data performance? LOL just kidding... I have talked to these clueless people too many times. They try to tell me that institutions are coming into the stock and that is why I am not getting filled... I am going to call some of these institutions and tell them to stop frontrunning my orders.
