In tracking stocks, there is still only one board - that of
the parent. There usually are different org charts, stock
option plans, compensation metrics, etc.

In my mind there are no conflicts because it is still one
single company. Parent usually controls a big chunk so it
will benefit most.

The variations are endless. So you are right speculations
will lead to no additional clarity.
