The question here is not whether they missed the quarter, the question is how they have done in the past year or so in terms of business execution. I would say a 63% sequentail increase and 1600% year over year is a great success for a company. In terms of ARBA competition, just think of how big the B2B market will be in 2003. With such a big potential lying ahead, it's natural CMRC wins some deal and ARBA wins some deal. As long as the B2B market grows, the two leaders will grow. Also, why put all your eggs in one basket? Just because I own CMRC, doesn't mean I dont have ARBA at the same time. You wont be wrong by going with the leaders.
