I was starting to get very pissed at Ameritrade because you can't trade pennies over the Net(but can verify all trades on the Net on your pennies) on Ameritrade and have to call them in. After hearing of E-Trades and Waterhouses problems maybe I am not so bad off.

The one god thing about Ameritade is how fast they answer the phone many times on the last ring and rarely longer than 30 seconds.

And today for the first time I gained on my sells. I had owned PHLP for months at .19 and had a sell order in at .32 that I placed last night. They filled it at .37. I was amazed.

Also I placed an order last night to sell some CHIP at .06. I have owned it since .017. The filled it at .075 even thought both stocks opened lower than my fill price. For once I didn't get fucked. :)

THE TRUTHSEEKER GETS BUSTED!

After yesterday's debacle over SNTS being represented as the wrong company
we at TWP would like to take this opportunity to point out.....there are
"two sides to the sword". For years the SEC has cracked down on unethical
"promoters" spreading false and misleading information about companies.
This behavior has taken on a new form with the advent of the Internet
Message Boards. The posting on RB re: SNTS is a prime example of how
unsuspecting investors can make bad decisions should they choose to use the
message boards as their only source of Due diligence. Today we saw the
opposite happen on a deal called "ZSUN". The US district court granted a
preliminary injunction against Floyd Schneider aka "FLODYIE" and
"TRUTHSEEKER" for spreading false and misleading "Negative" information.

At TWP we pride ourselves on our integrity. We are embarrassed that we used
the information sent to us without first corroborating it. We based our
update more on the fundamentals of the trading graph than the actual
company. Thanx to numerous savy subscribers we were alerted and dealt with
the matter. Again our thanks.
Happy Investing!

I know a few more people who will likely take action against FLOYDYIE and TRUTHSEEKER now that they have been exposed. They have hurt innocent people time and time again while going after scam management, which is something I respect them for. But their reckless pursuit is unprofessional and slanderous. Right idea, just not intelligent enough to do it properly.

Jim,
<Question to the thread: Anybody having long delays in getting fills today?>

If you remember, last night I complained about not getting my last three orders filled through NDB. They stated that it was an MM (NITE) that caused the delay. In any event, I was assured that it would be straight in the a.m.. Guess what? After 7 calls since last night, I'm still do not have a current account. I also know that there are many in the same boat as I/us. I will say, however, that every call to them has produced assurances that the trades WILL be honored, and that they ()the open orders) supposedly were cleaned up today, but, the posting won't happen til sometime late tonite. In other words, I STILL won't be able to tell anything until tomorrow!! LOL!! Monday was a bad day for some reason- for lots of folks it appears.

It obviously is not an individual broker related problem. Sounds more like MM broker problems. Eric Fader's scenario (can't remember which post) sure sounds plausible to me....

still trying to sort out the short position they show me in on SITK since $9 7/8 LOL It closed at $14 7/16 today.

OUCH!!!

Theo;-)
