Amen, Guilbert. If Heff (from over on the RB board) didn't disappear from the face of the earth maybe he will provide some insight on one or more of these questions, since he says he visited HDI just last week. I would expect the audit to be unexciting and to reveal a small, financially weak but growing (hopefully) company based on the available unaudited reports and some PR's from a few years ago but who knows? Maybe they really can't cover the audit/filing cost. Maybe the audit has some required distastefull information, maybe, maybe. It seems like next week has been the week to expect things since about last May. In many ways it has the appearance of a scam but maybe there are other rational explanations for what appears very irrational. In the last couple of thousand posts you'll find plenty of such rational explanations to choose from. The thousand or so prior to that were primarily by a good group who liked the available information and had heard that very big things were coming. 'Aden' was the oft-mentioned clue. To my knowledge no one ever figured that clue out. Good luck. Ted
