Bill, It's not that I don't like Mark, he's very personable and friendly. My issue is that I don't understand how after the mistakes he made at Sybase he is so trusted not to repeat them. I too hope he's learned from the past, and he may have. But, to sing his praises without taking history into account can be a dangerous thing. Yep, I work for Sybase and I'd say that everybody who does got the short end of the stick from Mark's mistakes. I hope he does a better job for the folks at CMRC. But, I feel it's valid for investors to take a CEO's history into account when putting their money down on a stock. Foo-bar, you know who I am because I have no reason to hide my identity here. As for my employment history you obviously know it, but you have it wrong. I found running benchmarks boring compared to development and design work. Personally, I'd rather have an interesting job than a boring one. So, are you going to identify yourself? I'll drop the subject.
