SHOW ME THE MONEY!!
$.19 is 18.75% better then $.16, or 26.7% better then $.15 the actual estimate.

$10.5 B is 5% better then $10 B.

Bottom line. Compaq did good.

This and projections of future performance is what the stock value is based on. It is not based on last year, last month, last week, or even yesterday. It is based on tomorrow, next week, next month, and next year.

Analysts will project the future performance after the analyst meeting this week. The company show and tell should be educational and give the analysts a comprehensive picture of Compaq's future. Compaq is having this meeting because they have a great story to tell. No management would host this meeting to tell a sad story.

Compaq's future looks good to me. I won't be selling any shares tomorrow. Hmmm, unless it hits $50. I don't think it looks that good yet, but it looks a lot better then this afternoon.

NW.... I think that rudedog and The Capt. should at least get honorable mention for their guesstimates of .16. With all due respect to the 4 who guessed .19, rude and Capt. are the REAL WINNERS, imho. El
