Talked to Kim and Ken at Grand Toys on Friday and got
the following information....

EARNINGS - these should be released in mid-March, both for
4th quarter and full year 1999.

FURBY - it's bye-bye to Furby. The contract with Hasbro
ended Dec 1999, though they have the rights to distribute
any remaining inventory. Seems about the right time to get
rid of it, as I've been seeing them in more significant
quantities in the stores, with about 30% discount from the
original RRP.

POKEMON - company has been distributing the candy from the
start of the year, though they have still to get going with
the 'back-to-school' stationery.

ACQUISITIONS - Ken (Cieply) had no comment to make on this
question at the present time.
