"Some good news for @home implied today by T and San Francisco. The city will most likely delay OA until 2003."

Hi Solid- Yes...this good news made headlines on CNBC this morning. They call it a victory for AT&T. We also know that it is a victory for @Home, as they will continue to build their competitive broadband edge. If @Home can continue its overall excellent customer service, current subs will need a compelling reason to switch to another ISP when that time arises. It won't be price, because I would expect @Home to match others riding on the cable backbone. Bell is right...99.97 uptime is not good enough. @Home needs to keep customer service a top priority.
