The NAO, which has helped provide snowman material for your son lately, peeked over the zero line to barely positive for a bit yesterday. Must not have liked it, because it is back to negative.

In a few days we will see who calls it better, the climate prediction center/NOAA and their Crays(rooting for positive) or Roebear (rooting negative) making PA Dutch hexes (Fie, a hex on yer Cray!) in his Bear Den.
