ALL THESE CLEVER, WISE, SHORTS WITH THE ADVICE OF THE AGES:

I wonder how they will explain why Lucent, Intel, IBM, or Microsoft chose to invest money in this company? Could it be that one or all of them realize that by doing private placements into eDig that they gain an ownership interest, promote the company's technology and increase their capital account, and get discounted stock--it's just too blatantly preposterous for the shorter crew.

We'll probably then hear how stupid these Gorillas are and that it's all still 'pie in the sky and a scam'. IMO, I look for either IBM or Intel to step up to the plate first. Intel and IBM have too much at stake in handhelds and storage media to be anything but clued in to this company's future with them.

Our 'friend', who is 10% short, will soon be asking MIR for her next stock selection.

ROFLMAO

I'll save some cool aid drinking cultist longs the trouble.

Are you prepared for unlimited losses on your short?
Are you prepared to have your naked short squeezed and then bought in. Didn't you hear what the CEO said about the large float? It's a good thing, this way their will be plenty of shares for institutions to buy when this thing goes NAZ.(I'm not making this up.)
I also like his answer to whether the market cap is justified. MP3.com has a big market cap and no patents, we have patents. LOL.
That's like me asking you what time it is and you tell me Afghanistan banana stand.

BD, you fellas might win in the 'short' term, but be ready to CYA ..this is a real company, unlike some of your other picks.

Best,
