A move to 54 on NSM would be very bullish on the individual chart. One of the things about the bullish percent charts is that they are designed to help identify the top of the sector since the individual stock charts will tend to look the most bullish near the top.

There is no sell signal on the sector yet, but it is a good idea to know that there is some risk at these levels and if the stock gives a sell signal...pay attention to it. Right now, I am sticking with semis that are closely tied to other sectors that are at healthier levels or have a good story behind them.
