To everyone exclaiming, "Where are all the high speed Coppermines!" BE CAREFUL WHAT YOU WISH FOR! Intel will ramp them up, and they will flood the market with them. I sit with bated breath and thank each day that I don't see 800 Mhz Coppermines everywhere.

I'll have to agree.

Still, I wonder why people are still waiting for their Pentium III orders to be filled, when Athlons are relatively abundant. Heck, AMD even felt it was necessary to drop prices like crazy, possibly to move the supply. I guess Gateway's move is a result of all this, but even then, the imbalance is curious to say the least.
