Investorline was good in November and December but now they suck again. They sure do have an attitude problem over there. They'll get it together once they get their butts kicked ... actually they won't get it together they will be replaced by more competent people.

Bank of Montreal started an online bank to replace their useless tellers at the bank who think it's Monday by 1 o'clock on Friday afternoon ... I swear to God they must have caused the last recession all by themselves.

I'm sure Bank of Montreal heads are aware of the incompetent people they have working for them at Investorline ... and they aren't going to be fooled by a survey that was conducted over such a sort period of time. I can't wait for their solution which usually involves starting a whole new company like they did with mbanx.

Lola:)

EDIT: By the way if you really want to get back at those incompetent people at Investorline, write a polite but detailed letter about the wait times (make sure you point out how long the wait was and at what time of the day) and send copies to the top executives at Bank of Montreal. Trust me heads will definitely roll faster if you do this.

One more thing about Bank of Montreal ... when I closed all my accounts at the real life B of Ms and opened accounts with mbanx I still had to go to the bank to make US deposits. While there the bank tellers realized that I was no longer a customer of theirs but a customer of mbanx online banking. They asked me what it would take to get my business back so I would reopen my accounts with the real life branch ... I guess they were losing alot of customers to the online bank (which is a separate company from them). I told them the only way I would consider coming back was if they fired all the employees at that branch and started with a whole new group of people. You would not believe the kinds of mistakes they make over there.

The service and politeness of the mbanx employees is incredible. They are soooo friendly and efficient it blows my mind ... 365 days a year, 24 hours a day and with a smile ... you can't beat that. We'll have that with brokerages soon ... it's only a matter of time.

Lola:)

Sapper - that is exactly the attitude I get from Scotia - It pisses me right off - The product manager for Scotia replied to my last complaint with a bunch of peoms or quotes or something and said the same ole - we do our best - That is damn pathetic - the whole lot of them are the same - well the other guys are slow too - The bar is so dam low and drunken pig could leap over it - The bar needs to be raised so much higher - Banking and brokerage is a service - in theory but I actually studied this at a masters level and banks were never mentioned except in the BAD biz cases. everything is pathetic - I hate to say it but we need some competition other than Schwab but that is a good start - I am not sure what the americans are like but they showed us a thing or two in retail.

The SOBs were supposed to setlle up $3k in cash to my acct Friday and they did not due to the office closed for weather - BUT the $4200 they wanted yesterday - 8 f****en am they did that transaction - now today they owe me $3k - I bet I see it at 2 pm.
