It's amazing that so many suddenly show up to make sure those long on EDIG are protected..."watch out, sell now...wolf, wolf, wolf....

Those long EDIG (especially those for year or more) know the value.

What has really changed at EDIG over the last few years?

Timing and more commercial savvy.

Let's face it. Mr Norris may be an extraordinary technologist and inventor, that's why EDIG was here with MicroOS and digital voice and music players (designs) before others (better and faster). They were and still are the leaders. However, Mr. Norris perhaps does not have the marketing savvy necessary to bring it to market.

Enter Fred Falk. Good.

When EDIG (then norris communications) was delisted from NASDAQ, they already had this technology. They were starting discussions with Lanier, validating the technology (we all, er most of us, know what happened there). The problem was they were still ahead of the market.

Now, with SDMI, codec's that work and so on, the market is just about here and EDIG is well positioned to capitalize on the market. Once SDMI and the record labels get their act together, and they will, EDIG will (IMO) perform extremely well.

Digital is advancing everyday. The entire recording industry is rapidly changing. ( I know, my analog gear is obsolete, and new digital stuff is obsolete tomorrow).

Digital music distribution and technology (CD's) will evolve. No question. The labels can only fight the market for so long. AND, EDIG is ready for the evolution.

However, that's not all. Analog dictation...soon to be history. PDA's - coming. A variety of hand held and small portable devices - coming. All offer potential for EDIG.

I'm holding on to my shares. Too much potential. And, yes...there is risk with this. With risk comes reward. Ask those that held microsoft, AOL, Intel and other new tech companies in the face of the naysayers.

Regards,

Brew
