My "beef" is that I'm disappointed in shrinkage of working capital. Wall had $52 m plus cash and marketable securities at 10/31/1999 ($32 m working capital). I don't think we've seen the full story, I don't think Wall's $7.2 m "impairment charge" and the $800,000 inv banking fee accrued in Q2 (post-merger announcement) explain it, but it will appear sooner, or later in the 10-K. Zvi could have been more explicit, now, IMO.
