Steven, there has been no announcement to the public regarding any change since the series A was issued back when they were TPEG. I was told there was a recent shareholders meeting. . . but I doubt there would be such a change without an announcement. That could have been from the reverse split, which occurred a year or so ago. . . now that would make some sense. . . but that seems excessive . . only 11 percent of original price. . . implying the split was about 1 for 9. . . . . just looked up split. . .it was 1-for-3 in May of 1998. . . .so I still don't believe that number could be correct. Suggest anyone trading this issue, call the company directly and ask. Rande Is
