Not that it matters much but with regard to the split issue, if memory serves me, the last split announcement came a week or two or three after the earnings announcement.

Personally, I think this is the best quarter I've seen since I've been in the stock. (Oct '98)

From my reading of the Q4 report it states that revenue growth Q3->Q4 is 9% which may indicate an acceleration of growth going forward. Even assuming Ruettgers 25% revenue growth for 2000 we will easily reach $1.50 EPS which is a 41% increase from 1999. I would conservatively estimate a 12 month price target somewhere between 120 (2X EPS growth) and 165 (1X 110PE - Avg.PE for 1999).
