Gregg no longer posts, sad but true. Still, this other guy who occassionally chips in on Yahoo strikes me as worth listening to...

Well, I sold 1/2 my Q at 124. Ouch! I had planned to sell it today, only I thought yesterday that I would get a few more bucks for it.

Hey, that is what it was selling for a Christmas, 4 weeks ago. This just shows what the volatility can be on a real mo-mo stock. I will probably have sold it at the bottom for the day, but I had decided last nite to get out one hour after the market opened. I feel more disciplined if I do it that way.

Never look back. You will die of remorse!

Nice article Eric. I bought QCOM because I believe they are the best positioned company for the next wave of wireless. I have my fiber players pretty much in place (JDSU, NT) but I had nothing in the wireless market. Actually, I have to admit, I played a bit of day trader today. Selling at the open to buy back in again (and a bit more) a bit later. I don't like doing that (too scary!) but you could see it was 'easy money'. And I wanted to get more shares plus the loss will help when I pair down my JDSU, NT and SEBL holdings over the next couple of weeks.
