One interesting thing, is that KP was selling stock "regardless of price" - but somehow, he didn't sell at LESS than the price is today (most of the time the price declined after he sold). That last sell at $45 in November looks mighty sweet from today's perspective, doesn't it? All the while he was planning a "collar" of 23-35. Not a collar of $45-65, but $23-$35... yet sold "regardless of price" at $45. Sweet.

Some NITE shareholder bought those shares, and is sitting on a loss today, unless they managed to trade it somehow.

He sold not to buy a house, or give to charity (some of Gates $), but to *diversify* - in other words, to turn around and buy OTHER stocks. Keep the money in the market, just not NITE. Can't blame him. Hey, after you liquify a few hundred million, the remaining "80%", can as well go to zero, what do you care - you got your $150 million or more, should last for some time, especially if you invest in other stocks, the kind that go UP.

Oh well - insider sales don't mean a thing (right?).
