In simple terms...mine...I think he's talking about looking at statements, confirms and such. vs. a bill being delivered, then paid to generate payment revenue. There's money just in the delivery. Then if modeled after the real world, there should be much more e-paper, then there ever would be e-bills. Buy the e-printing presses.
