In my estimation, the lagging twelve months will produce an "L2i" revenue number that is in excess of BlueGill's "future" twelve months which is what CKFR used to value to company.

I think you can fairly assume that CLEO will put on average $2 million in revenues to the gross number with gross margins that exceed 70%. Imagine having a company that has gross margins in total that exceed 80% with a future rate of growth in excess of 100% per year.

How is the computer coming?

BCE Emergis has decided to spin off its investment in Nortel. This sets the stage for one of the companies we believe has an interest in acquiring INTF, BCE Emergis (IFM.TO), to do just that.

If nothing else, it provides the impetus for another company, like Transpoint or ORCL, to step up to the plate and play their cards. Bidding war you say, that would be lovely.
