Tunica, NT eps on FY 2000 is 1.35. If you take 4 quarters period
starting May 1 (where NN will begin its next FY ) NT eps would be around let say 1.50.
Analyst predict for NN eps for next FT(starting in about three months)
about 1.00 NOT counting about 250 million Cnd(0.60 eps US) from savings.
As you can see NN can make 1.50 like NT.
So 1:1 exchange (of couurse it is only in theory) would not dilute NT
eps and NT would get from NN business(ATM core,3dls and LMDS) which is growing faster then entire NT.
With NT execution NT/NN would rule the world.

But again do not count on marger in your investment.
