I realize you think E-Trade has poor service, but I have been using it for 3 years and about the worst thing that shows up (for me) is once in awhile a slow down or I have to use another https, etc. to log on.

What about all the other OLB's, are they doing about the same in heavy use periods? I remember reports at one time or another that they all get into trouble. Every industry has 'stuff'. People learn to live with it.
