I've been seeing that zero-year cycle discussion since October, I think. It's interesting but I think more importantly the fact that the AFC should win this weekend will be the real reason......better track record.

Just kidding.

Steve Puetz is associated with Chris Carolan, I believe, who is a regular poster over here. csf.colorado.edu
These cycle guys are spooky. One told me over the weekend that the market had a high percentage probability of a major smack on Monday because of the Virgo Moon. Partial transcript follows. (Times are Central Time)
---------------------------------------------

Today is the second trade day after the Full Moon and today is yellow and a
Monday (duh). In the past five years, that is bearish with odds of 75/25. The highs are at 8:30 and
8:55. The lows are at 9:00, 9:35, 10:00, or in the last hour at 2:50 and 3:15. But today the moon is in
Virgo (don't tell anyone). Throw that in too and you get 100/0 odds of a sell off. That is not a typo.
100/0 odds! The highs are in the morning at 8:30 and 8:55 like above. The the lows are at 2:50 and
3:15. So the moon is telling us to push our bets in the last hour late. If you believe in the moon, and after
the display Thursday night it probably has your attention, bet accordingly. But never without a stop.

Neat stuff.

Interesting site. Cycles confuse the daylights out of me because I never write the rules down. My trading is so short term oriented that by the time the next cycle day comes along the method is covered in cobwebs.

I don't know what I'm doing with the PnF crowd. I suppose I'm trying to find my own way in PnF and breaking with the crowd. Big shock there, isn't it?

My experience is to use contacts that can lend advice. With E-Entry I suppose it's just a question of the quality of service at the desk. Once you hit the XMIT key it's pretty much a done deal whether you are Merrill or Bob's Handy Dandy Futures and Liquor Shoppe. Odds are Bob clears through a large firm so there should not be an edge to speak of.
