i agree, splitting the strikes complicates it a bit, but actually is a positive that it gives you room on either side. unfortunately SPX doesn't list Feb1410 strikes.

SPX is the index and to which index options are tied
SPY is 1/100 the SPX, it's a tracking stock like DIA and QQQ ( more info at amex.com )
unfortunately for now, there are only options on QQQ (and the SP sector spyders), but for all three there are comparable index options which trade at the CBOE (euro style expiration, so they're a good match)

note 1 SPX == 1000 SPY
