EBLD breaking out. $4 1/4 x $4 9/32. Company currently in self-imposed "quiet period" while SEC reviews/approves filings. In addition to the EntertainmentBlvd flagship site (http://www.entertainmentblvd.com), several sites such as Scour.net, Mr. Showbiz, iTurf.com, Roadrunner, Bolt.com, Synge.com, Go Network's Wall of Sound, Dimension Music, etc., have garnered publicity, awards, and accolades on their sites, which offer entertainment news, streaming video content, etc. Guess who provides their streaming movie and music video content? Yup, EntertainmentBlvd. Not only that, but the company is branching out, sponsoring exclusive on-line concerts (Mary Chapin Carpenter the most recent), launching their encoding service, and developing web sites for other companies (currently in development of an "edutainment" site for Youthline-USA.com).
